This experience went much better than I had anticipated. I found Bob’s information by reviewing Angie’s List, where he had a number of very favorable reviews. My past experiences with computer repair people were not very pleasant, to say the least. Usually expensive and time consuming. This time with Bob was much better. I didn’t think people did business like this any more. He is a real throwback. He is prompt, professional and very reasonable. He quoted a price and stood by it. My computer is working well with the new power supply, and I am confident that Bob would stand behind his work if I did have a problem. I know who to call if I have computer problems in the future.
Description of work:
After discussing my problem on the phone, we made an appointment for Bob to come to take a look at the unit. After checking the unit, he could not positively identify the problem, but he said he was quite certain that my power supply went bad. He took the unit to his shop where he did verify the bad power supply. He quoted a price, ordered the part, installed it then came back out the next day to hook it up. I was good to go.
