Before contacting Bob, I stopped by Best Buy and talked with their Geek Squad.

They wanted far more money to provide the same services and told me there was a waiting period of about 14 days.

It pays to go with a smaller company when you can because he is knowledgeable, responsive, convenient (picked it up and returned, saving me two trips to Best Buy), and much less expensive because he doesn’t have the same overhead as the “big box” companies.

My computer was simply…………..a mess. Bob was MOST knowledgeable! Upon initial contact, I explained the situation and Bob stayed at my home for quite a while and explained what some of the problems may be and their cause. He was very patient with us as we asked many questions. I got a great education about computers in general. He has great follow-up. A real pleasure to have him work on my computer. As I have been using my computer daily, it did get a bit dirty………….screen with finger prints as well as the key board. As soon as I opened the computer, I could not help but notice that Bob had cleaned it. This was a nice touch. <br />

As always, Bob fixed the problem. He also installed anti Malware and showed me how to back up my computer….again. He is very patient and my dog loves him too.

was kind enough to try and help over the phone, without any expectations, realized that computer still was not working, came out, in person, to perform the “fix” on this computer………after about an hour, eureka, done…….even cleaned up a bit of junk and returned computer to same quick speed as when it was new…..works all hours, very dependable! would surely use again!!
