As always, Bob fixed the problem. He also installed anti Malware and showed me how to back up my computer….again. He is very patient and my dog loves him too.
Description of work:
While trying to update my iTunes for my iPhone, I inadvertently downloaded malware that hijacked my browser and started pop ups that I couldn’t remove. I use this computer for business and was unable to function. Bob arrived in less than 2 hours and had me running in 1 hour.
My husband and I have used his services for a year to set up new computers and wireless systems as well as fix problems; he has been invaluable.
As always, Bob fixed the problem quickly.
