I contacted Bob Allison, the owner, on May 13, 2013 to ask if he could fix/replace the lid hinges and keyboard on my daughter’s laptop. I put them in touch with each other and Bob ordered the parts, met my daughter to pick up and return her laptop, and fixed the laptop perfectly.
As luck would have it, while he was working on her laptop my daughter’s fiance broke the screen on his new laptop. So he and Bob went through the same scenario and the 2nd laptop was repaired perfectly.
